Thank you for shopping with Chakraura. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International
- Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website or current promotions for the latest free shipping threshold.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
Chakraura is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather events, holidays). If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Chakraura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
